“Avoid the steroids! They give you temporary relief but make it come back bigger and stronger! Just deal with the small patches and soak daily in Dead Sea salt bathes... And moisturize till you are blue in the face. Don’t give up. Also, avoid tomatoes, dairy, bread/gluten, and alcohol more than anything. It’s ok to give in sometimes, but just realize these are things that trigger inflammation and dryness.
DO healthy things for your gut, like kombucha, apple cider vinegar shots, and turmeric. It a sucky disease, but you will be fine if you stay consistent”

“The sun is the best medication for mine. We get about 6 months of winter here in BC. So it's tanning beds for me in the winter. But the pandemic has put a pause on that. Aside from sun - Get on a Vitamin D supplement.Eat anti-inflammatory foods. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that should be treated from inside the body. With that being said Dermatologist deals with skin issues psoriasis shows up on your skin because of what’s happening inside of your body so get on a regimented supplement routine, sunlight, lots of water, destress, and you'll see an improvement”
