For life: less stress, try to meditate even if you don't believe in it, it still works. Food: For fruits, try things without any or many seeds and make smoothies to gain those nutrients back. Blending helps break up the fiber and easier to digest. Salads, try making a very simple salad. Or try a roasted veggies salad maybe that will help. With salad, try removing the seeds of a tomato and skin/seeds of cucumber and just add that with lettuce and a light simple dressing. One big things for me, is no garlic or onion.
