Ultimate Anti-Inflammatory Tea

Description

Loaded with herbs and spices, this tea possesses potent anti-inflammatory ingredients. It also has gut-soothing, and healing properties. Although the taste may take some getting used to, your body will surely thank you for it! To make it more palatable, add some honey for a dose of sweetness and antibiotic benefits.

Ingredients

2 tbsp fennel seeds

2 tbsp coriander seeds

2 tbsp fenugreek seeds

1 tbsp dried ginger pieces

1 tbsp cumin seeds

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a mason jar.

2. Shake well to combine.

3. To brew some tea: put 4 cups of water in a pot and simmer. Add 4 teaspoons of the tea mix and simmer for another 15 minutes. Turn off fire and remove/strain the seeds. To sweeten, add some honey to taste and enjoy. You can drink this all day until you finish the entire pot of tea.
