Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach
1 medium frozen banana, sliced
1 cup unsweetened soymilk, preferably vanilla flavor
¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high power until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and drink.
