Gluten-Free Crunchy Granola
Ingredients
250 g gluten-free oats
5 tbsp almond halves
2 tbsp coconut oil
5 tbsp sunflower seeds
5 tbsp soya flakes
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp agave nectar
3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. In a baking sheet, mix all of the ingredients together.
3. Put the baking sheet with all of the ingredients inside the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and let cool.
5. Put the granola mixture into airtight glass containers.
