Ingredients
250g of almond flour
¾ cup of coconut flour.
½ teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon baking soda.
1 tablespoon yeast.
1 teaspoon paprika.
3 large eggs.
¼ cup of coconut oil.
Diced bacon or chicken.
250g zucchini (or courgette) finely grated.
Directions
- Start by preheating the oven to at least 180C or 360F. Proceed to lightly grease a baking loaf tin to maintain the size of your baked bread.
- Once your oven dish is prepared, gather all the dry ingredients and combine them in a fair-sized bowl.
- Find a clean bowl and place the oil and the eggs together with a gentle whisk. Proceed to combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture and then incorporate the meat and zucchini.
- Pour the prepared batter into your loaf dish and bake it in the oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
- Check whether your loaf has baked by inserting a skewer. It must be clean when withdrawn.
- Slice your loaf, add a smear of butter and enjoy!
