Description

Ingredients

1 cup of spinach washed.

1 cup of cauliflower washed.

¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder.

1 tablespoon of onion powder.

1 tablespoon of butter.

Salt and pepper for flavor. 

Directions

  1. The first step is to prepare your superfood mash is to cut your cauliflower into bite-sized chunks. 
  2. Add water to a pot and bring to the boil for a few minutes. Apply salt and pepper to boiling water. 
  3. Add the cauliflower and the spinach and continue to boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. allow the vegetables to cool and add the butter, garlic and onion powder as a seasoning. 
  5. Blend your vegetables or mash by hand. 
  6. place your steaming mash into a bowl and enjoy!
