This is what I found that helped me: Florastor, multivitamin and omega 3 pill right in the morning with a glass of Kefir. I also make a garden of life shake with bananas and coconut oil. At lunch, I take a VSL3. With lunch I'll drink kombucha (sp). Then at dinner, I'll take 4 lialda with another omega 3. Before bed, last glass of Kefir. Diet-wise, I don't eat: beef, pork, fried foods, milk, caffeine, a lot of sugar
