Exercise, download a meditation app, long baths or showers, heating pad is super relaxing, self care, make sure you make time to do whatever it is you love to do. It’s not easy. And still watch what you eat - I’ve been trying to follow a low residue/ IBD AID diet.
I also take very high-quality supplements, plus my prescriptions. I am positive the supplements help tremendously
