Trying to exercise and maintain your weight or at the least simple yoga and meditation helps. Stay away from fake sugars and limit your real sugar intake. Also limiting how much bread and pasta you consume helps a lot. I don’t avoid all those things because I believe diet just leads to failure, so moderation is key. Not to forget, drink LOTS of water, should be the main thing you drink everyday.
