I'm IBS-C and mild exercises and walking help alleviate bloating. since walking is not an option at the moment, I started doing yoga for gas & bloating and that really helps. There are plenty of videos on YouTube for that, you could search for some suitable for you, they don't require much space. Pay attention to the diet also: plenty of water, fiber, veggies and fruits, low FODMAP diet. Best of luck!
