When I’m in a flare I have to do all freaking liquids for however long it lasts. Other than that, I switched to plant based. I eat one or two salads a week, if something bothers me I just cut it out for a bit. I eat a ton of fresh veggies all the time, but again... not during a flare. Relax in general, enjoy your days and worry less. If you're travelling, stay away from fizzy drinks and honestly try to fast.
